How we work
We are a compact team. That is not a limitation we are working around, it is the reason the model works.
In a traditional agency the work passes through several layers: an account manager, a producer, a creative director, a designer, a developer. Every layer costs money and every handover loses information.
Here, the people who think through the project are the same people who design and build it. You talk directly to the people doing the work.
Technology
We use modern tools deliberately, including automation, to remove repetitive work from production. Judgement about strategy, design and content is always human.
That means we deliver faster. It does not mean we deliver generic.
The name
PORTA Nº 3 is Portuguese, and reads as "Porta Número Três", meaning Door Number Three. The name stays the same in every market.
